Dacor, a family-owned kitchen appliance manufacturer, was founded in 1965. The family, however, has been an influential presence in the appliance industry since 1933. Registration to the ISO 9001 standard indicates that Dacor has a consistent and clear quality system in place, covering all aspects of the company's operations, from design through Customer Service. With ISO 9001 certification, Dacor is firmly positioned to expand into the international marketplace. With sales offices and test centers already established in Mexico and Great Britain, Dacor has become an influence in design and performance for cooking appliances worldwide. While ISO 9001 certification normally takes 2 to 3 years to attain, Dacor's certification was completed in only 7 months. This achievement, due in large part to Dacor's total commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, solidifies the company's leadership role in the industry.
