Hendler Design

Joel Hendler is an Interior Designer with over 30 years of experience in a vast array of disciplines. He is intimately involved with the day-to-day operations of Hendler Design and is personally responsible for all aspects of design projects.

Prior to forming Hendler Design, Joel was design director for First Winthrop Corporation in Boston overseeing their $6 billion nation wide portfolio. Previously, Joel was senior designer overseeing interiors for Whisler-Patri Architects in San Francisco. Projects ranged in scope from Charles Schwab Headquarters (400,000 sq.ft.) to intimate spaces in Jackson Square. As owner and director of Hendler Design he has designed literally millions of square feet of corporation facilities and residential estates throughout the country. Joel's problem solving approach to design and broad exposure has lead to many diverse design challenges such as private aircraft, yachts, and hospital projects, as well.
