In 1996, Heidi Pribell founded Heidi Pribell Interiors, a distinctive design studio based in Cambridge which creates evocative, inspired environments for a discerning clientele. Pribell puts a fresh modern twist on classic design by using bold colors, patterns and textures, which give her unique interiors a young, elegant and sophisticated appeal.
After graduating from Harvard University and attending the New York School of Interior Design, Pribell was a dealer in fine antiques, and has sold art and antiques to venerable institutions such as the Museum of Fine Art in Boston, the Los Angeles County Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Carnegie-Mellon, and the Chicago Art Institute. She continues to acquire unique pieces of high intrinsic value, many of which end up in her clients' private collections.
Her design work has been published in The Robb Report, The Boston Globe, Traditional Home, Boston Globe Sunday Magazine, The Orlando Sentinel, Fine Interiors, I.D. - The International Design Magazine, New England Home, Boston Home, Cape Cod & Islands Home, Design New England, and South Shore Living. Since 2008, Heidi has received three consecutive "Best of Boston" awards from Boston Home magazine.
Heidi Pribell Interiors has grown ever more prominent over the years, thanks in large measure to Pribell's bold, modern approach, impeccable taste, and remarkable attention to detail. The Boston Globe recently profiled Heidi Pribell declaring, " ... with the connoisseurship of a curator and a self-confident sense of style, Pribell's work may indeed be visionary."
