My key business philosophy is to tailor designs based on my clients' needs and desires. A home must be functional and reflective of its owners personality. I believe that a uniform perfect space does not exist. It is unique for each client and is achievable through the balanced communication between the designer and the client. I strongly believe that my mission as a designer is to share the professional knowledge with the customer and to provide them with several quality options. That allows the customer to get immediately attached to the new space and to want to live there.

Biography

Lena Kroupnik was named one of the top 100 designers in 2012 by Home and Design magazine. Kroupnik has been in interior designer business for more than a decade that includes two years at an upscale kitchen / bath design company; four years of commercial and residential design at Bloomingdale's; and eight years as a president/ head designer at Lena Kroupnik Interiors. During these years, she had an opportunity to work on a wide variety of homes and styles.
Lena Kroupnik has been practicing in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. She is NCIDQ certified and holds a AAS in Interior Design, Master's degree of Engineer-Electro Physics.
