Joseph Grainda

With more than 25 years in the home building business, Joe Grainda is one of the region's most experienced and successful homebuilders. Grainda learned the trade skills of carpentry and quality cabinet making early in his career and has managed the sale and construction of more than 4,000 homes. Prior to forming Grainda Builders, Inc. in 2002, Joe Grainda managed a regional operation serving in various management and leadership capacities for one of the country's largest homebuilders. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance and Real Estate from Penn State University.
