A beautiful and peaceful space is an important part of an enjoyable and quality life.
Michelle opened Michelle's Interiors in 1998, fulfilling a lifelong love of design. Michelle's first career was as a Licensed Professional Counseling, and she spent nine years in that field. This experience uniquely equips her to understand the needs of her clients, to listen carefully to them, and to maintain clear communication throughout the project. Michelle has an Associate of Science Degree in Interior and Architectural Design from Collin College, as well as a Masters degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in English from Texas A&M University. Collin College has a Green Design emphasis in all of its classes, and Michelle has taken multiple Green Design classes and is familiar with LEED, Green Built Texas, and programs like Green Guard.
Michelle strives to meet the needs of her clients by creating the best possible designs for their space. Each person is unique, with their own special likes and dislikes, and their own particular needs for their home and office. Michelle listens carefully to clients, then takes their desires and hopes to design the space they've only imagined. Michelle believes that part of our responsibility is to leave the world a better place than we found it. She is trained in Green and Sustainable Design and uses these principles in all of her work. Michelle also places a huge emphasis on meeting the client's needs through sticking to their budget and communicating clearly throughout the project.
