Primary obstacle was the location of the refrigerator and single oven/cook top unit. A new 240v line and additional circuit breaker wiring, run through the existing soffitt, allowed for a separate cook top and oven as well as new integrated refrigerator and wine unit. The use of teak flooring, soapstone countertops, peninsula seating, accent wall mirror, warm cabinetry with glass accents and stainless details redefined the space.
