Classic Traditional Library by Timothy Corrigan
The inspiration for this cozy mahogany-lined library was the library at the Chateau de Groussay outside of paris. Floor to ceiling bookcases cover three of the walls with a fourth wall of windows and a French door opening onto lush gardens. Wall sconces and a 19th century bronze chandelier provide a warm, welcoming glow to the room. The owner's extensive collection of first editions are mixed in with wonderful accessories and mementos to create an atmosphere that is both elegant and comfortable. The carpet is Patterson, Flynn and Martin, the fabric on the chair is Pierre Frey, the drapes are Schumacher.
