Rooftop
Airy Contemporary Outdoors by Velvet Hammerschmidt
This roof deck was converted from a typical tar roof deck. A removable, modular ironwood grid was designed to float above the existing, sloped drainage system. This allowed for speaker wires, irrigation, and gas lines to be hidden yet easily accessible. Features include an architectural water element with copper runnel, Viking BBQ island, custom sectional, 12-foot diameter multi-directional umbrella, dining for 8, and a sun deck with chaise lounges.
