"Most parties end up in the kitchen, so we thought we'd make it the best room in the house — one that could accommodate any function," says DeNeice.
In the spacious kitchen, cabinetry and the work island/dining table were designed to look more like furniture than standard kitchen cabinets. Glass doors on the cabinets are imbedded with wire. A copper sink is a feature of the poured-concrete island top.
