Converted from an old warehouse, the building was undergoing a quick renovation into typical, boxy condos. It was clear from the start that while the location was a dream, the home as it was did not quite fit the vision of the homeowners.
In contrast to the small rooms of their previous home, the couple envisioned an open loft to take advantage of the space's unique architecture, including 12' ceilings and huge concrete pillars.
