Four years ago, while dining across from the water, the Forsythes decided they wanted an adventure. They sold their belongings and moved from a 10-acre plot to a 3,000 square-foot, 98-ton houseboat.
Formerly docked on the Potomac, The Elena Queen of Hearts needed a complete overhaul to make it liveable. Expert builders and designers were brought onboard to execute the owner's vision.
