History in the Making

Lexington, Massachusetts

Located above the home's most distinctive feature—the porte cochere—this impressive room was originally used as a sleeping porch.

The Warners discovered this fact after researching the home, and decided to bring it back to its original purpose. Fitted with 13 leaded glass latticed windows, this 21x12-foot room has a vaulted cathedral ceiling, with fan, and dramatic doors that open up to the home's second floor landing.
