In the dining area, a drop in ceiling height creates a more intimate space without sacrificing openness.
Light pours through the bumped-out end of the dining room. The ceiling is beadboard from the old cottage, installed on the diagonal and framed with logs. Always on the lookout for antique glass Christmas ornaments, Lynda uses a display of white, gold, and silver ornaments as a centerpiece.
