Smallbone is famous for its handcrafted kitchens in the English country style. Taking a new tack, the company fashioned the Kips Bay kitchen in a more modern, subtly Arts & Crafts style.

		Prompted by the classical moldings and oak parquet, Hugh M. Owen of Smallbone chose pale European-oak workstations to complement the steel appliances.
