Tasked with updating a dining room filled with period architecture and detail, the design team decided to take bold measures. Literally.

The use of the dramatic, horizontally-striped wallpaper offsets any notion of a staid, stuffy dining room. Instead, the wallpaper seems to highlight the curves of the room, and brings attention to the sharp contrasts within.
