A once cave-like kitchen gets a dramatic new lease on life with this no-holds-barred remodel.  The new vaulted ceiling and clerestory transom windows give the feeling of spaciousness and provide better scale for the generously sized stainless steel appliances. The CaesarStone Quartz countertop, in Concetto stone, is backlit with fiber optic lights. Covenant kitchen designer Kira Van Deusen played up the contrast of the warm browns, golds, and cool gray/blues in the stone and carried the colors throughout the room.
