Jane Herold, "Living Cups"

The intent behind Jane's "living cup" is to acknowledge the act of sharing, be it tea, water, whiskey, wine, or friendship. Their beauty reveals itself over time, as does the depths of friendship. A traditional wedding gift in Japan, Jane's cups are intentionally not identical, yet clearly related and distinct. They are different enough, in subtle ways, to make choosing one for yourself, and one for your friend a conscious act. She packages them lovingly, individually wrapped in cloth and in a > MORE handmade box.^ LESS
