Apogee Drop-In Wok

The state of the art CookTek® Apogee¿ series single drop-in wok represents CookTek¿s® flagship line of induction woks. Engineered into these CookTek® induction woks are enhancements such as finer resolution control via 0-100 power settings, intuitive, a touch sensitive control panel, a digital timer (with alarm only or auto-power off functionality), and keypad lockout to temporarily prevent others from changing cook settings.

The front panel is made of smooth, easy-to-clean wipe down tempered glass, with no knobs, dials or buttons to misplace or break. Beautiful, bright black and white backlit LCD information center display shows power setting and timer status (when in use), as well as a pan indicator indicating whether an induction compatible pan is present.

Conveniently, the Apogee¿ series single drop-in wok features the same sized drop-in dimensions as the Apogee¿ Model MCDxx00G series cooktops. This enables service menu flexibility and product line extension, even from service to service. Simply swap MCDxx00G and MWDxx00G units at will.
