Nuvem Wire Flower Vase

Flower vase in anodized aluminium with thermoplastic resin container. "Nuvem" means cloud in Portuguese. It is a reference to the skein of aluminium wire, tangled and then squashed and drawn, that forms the objects in this family. It wasn't easy to find a production technology that was capable of preserving the exquisitely craftsman-like, manual and random attributes of this concept by the Campana brothers, while simultaneously allowing it to be produced at reasonable prices. The result is an example of what we call "lightness and consistency", values that feature highly in the work of these Brazilian talents.
