Bean Chair

The bean being the primordial form, and embryo and a seed, it is nature's inspiration. With the artistic hand and eye of the Ifugao sculptor, the beans scooped seat and slightly raised back embrace you. Carved from salvaged acacia in the tribal region of the Northern Philippines, it is given an eco friendly finish here in our Long Island City studio.
