These colors are characterized by bright colors, achieved through the use of post-consumer and
pre-consumer recycled glass, together with a minimal amount of colored polyester resin (ratio 90 to 10). For this line, aventurina and semi-precious stone also give it a special grain structure.
Agglomerates are produced industrially in large slabs of maximum size 118" x 48", with a thickness of ¼" and a weight of 2.87 lbs/sqf. These are made up of approximately 90% granules and 10% polyester > MORE resin.
The production process involves mixing granules of various types and sizes, such as quartz, granite or glass, with polyester resin and pigments for coloring. The sheet is then cut into standard formats, beveled and tested for quality control, with special sizes on request. ^ LESS
