This chandelier is hand made of brass with a black iron finish. The pulley system is functional allowing you to adjust the light up and down approx. 12". It's detailed with rayon covered cord, ceramic counter weight and pulley wheels and milk glass shades. The shades also have thumb screws allowing you to lock them either facing up or down!
