If you don't have a dedicated library space, Tucker says, create one in an area of your house designed for a different purpose. "A home office
can be ideal, [or] a spare bedroom," she says. "Or simply make a family room
cozier by adding freestanding shelving and books."
Don't think a library has to be limited to classic novels or biographies—you can curate other types of book collections into a space of their own. "Even in this digital world, I still love a culinary library in the kitchen
if space allows," Tucker says.
